So I came across something that I think best sums up Gaddafi’s mental state pre-revolution… And what’s amazing is it’s all in his own words. It was in arabic so I thought I’d better translate it so more people can appreciate the C-R-A-Z-Y. I’ve tried my best to make sure nothing is lost in translation meaning-wise
After reading this you will be thinking what I’m thinking. Which is someone better look into whether or not george bush is aware of the fact that he has a long lost Libyan brother/father/uncle/son/relative who goes by the name of Gaddafi!
So without further ado, I present to you some famous and memorable quotes by Gaddafi:
Woman have a right to run (For election) regardless of whether they are male or female
Dear people, if it wasn’t for electricity we would be sat watching T.V in the dark.
I’m not a dictator to restrict facebook… But I’ll capture whoever goes on to it.
Demonstrate in whatever way you like, just don’t come out onto the streets and squares
I will stay in Libya until I die or until my time is up.
Being obedient to one’s parents is more important than doing what your mother and father say.
Shakespeare is originally an Arab Muslim, his real name is Sheikh Zubier
And to further highlight the brilliance and intricacy of his mind he clearly seems to know what the greek word democracy means. And this might surprise you all, but the definition you have been all taught which claims that ‘demo’ stands for people ‘cracy’ for rule *which put together means rule by the people* is actually wrong. Gaddafi hit the nail on the head when he broached this subject, ‘demo’ means ‘leaders’ *in Arabic: do3ama2′* and ‘cracy’ means chair *in Arabic: korsi* …therefore it ACTUALLY translates to leader on the chair and NOT the people on the chair.. psssssht all these foreigners claiming they KNOW what democracy actually means and misleading us…i have seen the light thankfully, democracy = dictatorship
It’s not much I know, but it’s all about quality over quantity with this dude….and boi does he deliver. And to highlight the weird and wonderful *mainly weird* ways my brain works in i’ve even cooked up a little scenario of the intellectual meeting of minds of Bush and Gaddafi below,
Till Next Time,

One Response to Gaddafi’s Pearls of Wisdom
